“Munich! What a crowd. What a show. The Irish took over tonight. While we were thumping it out to a packed house, Kodaline were right next door doing their thing to another full house.
On to Berlin for a day off tomorrow!”

Leipzig

“If I could somehow single out one thing from tonight's great show in Leipzig, it's the incredible audience roaring the words to "Oh Maggie" at the top of their lungs. Totally bowled me over that something I wrote in my kitchen could travel so far and come back to me with such a bang!
Royalties are on their way Mam (Maggie)”

Hannover

“What an audience tonight at The Capitol Theatre in Hannover. Incredible enthusiasm from start to end. Very grateful to our German fan's for the huge welcome they are giving us this year!
Also, to German National Radio for playing HK music.”

 Cologne

“A packed Gloria Theatre Cologne. Are you ready!”

“Cologne. No words are efficient to describe tonight.
By far the largest and loudest indoor audience we have had in your lovely country.
Still buzzing. Thanks for the incredible welcome and giving us 2 hours of pure fun.
This HK train keeps rolling and picking up speed.
There's more to come.
See you in the summer Germany!”

Other Updates From Darren......

“Great to see our buddy Derek Ryan today at the outdoor festival in Newry. The kiddies got to meet Hometown backstage too.
Thanks to everyone who braved the cold to watch us.”

“I first saw Henry Shefflin play when Michelle and I attended the Leinster Senior hurling semi final between Kilkenny and Laois in Croker on a scorching hot afternoon in June 1999. His impact was immediate and by the end of the game he had won thousands of supporters over with ease.
In the intervening 16 years he has become much more than the greatest hurler we've ever seen. Warrior, soldier, saviour and hero are words I would've used to describe him and what he achieved for our county.
The drawn 2012 final when he singlehandedly saved the day will never be forgotten.
Humble and grateful in all his glory, a true role model for aspiring sportsmen and women everywhere.
Make no mistake, his likes we will never see again.
He steps away on his own terms, an All Ireland Champion with club and county.
We are grateful, thankful and blessed to come from the same place as the great man.
Thanks Henry, for enriching our lives for so many summers and providing sporting memories made of gold.
Long Live the King.”

That's all the news for now, we hope you have enjoyed catching up on recent events.
We will be back with more news as soon as we have it!

Thanks for your continued support!
