"Ya wanna Folk with us?
Go ahead. Folk with us."

It was 5 years ago that the High Kings became double IMA award winners as Best Folk Group and Best Newcomer in Castlebar. Here they are at the INEC in Killarney the following night proudly showing off the awards! Coincidently, they were in Castlebar and Killarney the same weekend this year!

Finally from Darren....

"It's so sad and frustrating to watch the countless news reports on the Malaysia Airlines' Flight MH17. All you can do is hope the passengers didn't suffer as much as you'd fear. God speed to each one of those poor people, and prayers for healing to their loved ones, who no doubt are caught in a whirlwind of pain, sorrow, anger and hopelessness right now.
The civilized world needs to sort out those responsible for this monstrous crime. Soon."

" Always a great day when I get to hang out with Tommy Fleming. Good times."

"What a huge loss. Robin Williams RIP.
Genius. Comedy legend. Great actor."

That's all the news for now, the High Kings are about to head back to the US for a few days for the Milwaukee Irish Festival. We will bring you more news soon!

Thanks for your continued support.
